Witself stores durable agent state. You may not use it to:
break the law, or store/distribute content you have no right to hold;
attack, probe, or overload the Service or anyone else's systems (no credential stuffing, malware C2, phishing infrastructure, or spam relays — including via agent email);
send unsolicited bulk email through agent email, forge sender identity, or attempt to bypass SPF/DKIM/DMARC enforcement;
attempt to access other tenants' data or bypass plan limits, sandboxes, or rate limits;
resell the managed Service as your own competing hosted service (the source license's competing-use restriction is separate and governs the code);
store material involving the exploitation of minors, or content whose possession is itself unlawful — reported where legally required.
Abuse backstops (rate limits, size bounds, storage ledgers) are part of the Service. We may throttle, suspend, or close accounts per the Terms; where practicable we contact you first. Report abuse to legal@witwave.ai.
